Long, but great. Downy, Ruffalo, and Jake all did an outstanding job. Period music, cars, hair, etc., all very good.

Meh. Probably better in the theater. It's very logn, which noramlly would be okay if it wasn't a flatline. There are no highs or lows, it's jsut stagnant for nearly 3 hours. Clearly they researched hevily, but it plays the details for tedium instead of for interest. It's more fascinated in its subject than the audience is.

But it looks amazing - the camera work, art diection and costumes are terrific.

starfox -- dispshit name, dipshit opinions.

flatline -- that is because your expectation is some over the top, unsubtle thriller -- "ooh, get the serial killer."

        stupid.

the movie is about 3 people (or thereabouts) who get burned in one way or another by this ... thing that is going on. it is a study of compulsion -- the serial killer's, and the three protagonists.

fincher's briliant periodic shots of SF work to establish "the city" as a kind of "hive mind" -- all the of these characters are facets of the same gestalt.

oh, never mind. over your head.

there is so much drama in those movie it is ubelievable that anyone could miss it.

this is why we have president bush for 8 years, and probably that scumbag guiiliani for another 8 after this -- the just plain low intelligence (for that is how you spell it, foxy) of the general public.

ooh, dude, you are so harsh ...

ooh, dude, you are such a flamer ...

i anticipate the cliches, which as your posts demonstrate is all you are capable of engaging in.

            normally, i don't interject.
but, now...for some unknown, to me, reason....

            please check your typos.

the spelling is beginning to look like chimp type.

i forgot about this post...good thing i saw it....
So I finished this movie...normally, I would stay awake and finish the movie. But half of the time, I kept falling asleep on this. I don't this very often on movies that i had high expectation;somehow i did on this film.
the movie did accomplished what it first set out to to do..a better perspective on this serial killer...
              it was okay...
              sigh
